Originally from Honduras, Dr. Suazo earned her medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Honduras. She later moved to the United States, where she completed her Internal Medicine residency at New York Downtown Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College and Bridgeport Hospital/Yale School of Medicine. She then completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where she broadened her clinical expertise and deepened her dedication to comprehensive care.
